Dad and Reet baby (knickname) left this morning. Just amazed that my father was here for 2 weeks and now just gone. Not sure what to do with myself today! Going to take a few days to re- group and just sent an email to all my local girlfriends for a cordwood erecting birthday party. September 14th is the day and really looking forward to it. Am hoping to have one day of cordwood building in before next sunday.

Glad Reet finally made it. Seems like there is a chill in the air in MT, fall is upon us here in VT. Dave/Dad was saying that Hamilton and Northfield have very similiar climates. I have trouble with Spinach too, gave up on Broccoli last year when some bug turned it into it's family compound. My favorite things this year: golden beets, mountain rose(pink) potatoes and silver queen corn. I tried potatoes because of you. Later Sister!
